Myriad360 has crossed the $1 billion revenue threshold after acquiring the assets of F3 Technology Partners, a move that significantly expands its presence in the healthcare sector. The transaction adds specialized industry talent and pushes the combined entity to an estimated $1.2 billion in annual revenue. With the addition of F3’s 30 employees, the company now employs 570 technology professionals.
Based in West Hartford, Conn., F3 Technology Partners has established itself as a notable provider of healthcare solutions. The firm previously held the No. 287 spot on the CRN 2026 SP500 list. Like Advizex, another entity under the Myriad360 umbrella, F3 was previously owned by Fulcrum IT Partners. The specific financial terms of the asset purchase were not disclosed.
Deepening Healthcare Specialization
The acquisition is designed to accelerate Myriad360’s growth within vertical markets, particularly healthcare. C.R. Howdyshell, the CEO of Advizex, highlighted the strategic fit of the two organizations. He noted that the deal brings a customer base that includes one of the top healthcare providers in the Northeast.
“This is a significant boost for the Myriad360 healthcare practice,” Howdyshell said. “I have seen firsthand the success F3 has had in the healthcare market with strong technical talent and deep knowledge of the healthcare industry. This is a win-win-win, a win for F3 customers, F3 employees and Myriad360.”

For the employees and clients of F3, this shift represents more than just a change of ownership; it effectively changes the scale of resources available to them overnight. Long-standing clients who previously relied on a specialized regional partner now have access to a global inventory of services without necessarily losing the local responsiveness they valued. It is a difficult balance to strike in M&A, but the immediate focus on retaining the existing workforce suggests an attempt to preserve that specific local DNA while scaling up.
Leadership and Cultural Integration
Jeff Monnes, the founder of F3 Technology Partners, will join Myriad360 as general manager of the F3 business. Monnes built the company over 19 years, growing it from a two-person startup into a $100 million business. He expressed strong enthusiasm about the merger, pointing to the culture at Myriad360 as a key factor in the decision.
“We have all been blown away by the Myriad360 culture,” Monnes said. “The onboaring process has been amazing. We are all super excited! This is a huge opportunity for our whole company whether it is sales, engineering or office staff. There is an energy and enthusiasm that comes with the opportunity to be part of a bigger company and to be able to grow both professionally and financially. We’re like a phoenix rising!”
Monnes credited Myriad360 founder Andrew Fisher and CEO Jay Miley for supporting an environment that feels agile despite its size. He specifically noted Fisher’s role as Chief Culture Officer, mentioning that Fisher reached out personally to every employee during the transition period.

“Our customers can see that they are going to get the best of both worlds with the local support and people they have been dealing with for many years, but that now is part of a global company that is investing in F3!,” Monnes said.
Future Growth and Hiring Strategy
Looking ahead, Myriad360 plans to double its healthcare business over the next 18 months. The company is actively recruiting top-tier talent to support this expansion. Recently, Myriad360 hired Michael Martino, a 16-year industry veteran and former CIO of life sciences company Repligen, as vice president of healthcare and cloud technologies.
Howdyshell compared this hiring strategy to the successful approach used by Advizex in the retail sector. In 2020, Advizex hired Kurt Schnieders, the former CIO of Dick’s Sporting Goods, to lead that division. The leadership team believes that placing executives with specific CIO experience in vertical markets is critical for understanding client requirements.
The F3 team also brings a consumption-based cloud business that will support Myriad360’s everything-as-a-service initiatives. Howdyshell indicated that the company will continue to pursue acquisitions as a primary method for growth, building on the momentum generated by the Advizex and F3 deals.
